However you found your way here, you are welcome. Most people arrive because they know Eric, or they know someone who does, or they came across something he built and wanted to understand what was behind it. Zoseco has been around since 2014, and it has always been rooted in the same thing: the people who gather around it.

Where this comes from

The name goes back to the Air Force. A small group of officers who served together spent a lot of evenings talking about the kind of life they wanted after the military. Not a business plan, nothing on paper. Just the kind of honest conversation you have with people you trust about what actually matters. They wanted a place that belonged to them, where they could keep the fellowship and the shared sense of purpose that the service had given them. The name was a play on one of their last names, and it outlasted every other detail of the original idea. One of them went and built it. That was 2014, in Valparaiso, Indiana.

What it has become

The first form was a physical gathering space, and in time that gave way to something else. The people who kept showing up had things in their lives they cared about, and they trusted the person they knew to help. So the work grew, naturally, from the relationships. Everything here exists because someone brought something real to the table, and it deserved to be treated with care.
